After interviewing 3,500 business leaders over six years, this team of researchers determined that some core traits help innovators develop new ideas and see them through to successful implementation: Associating – Observing – Experimenting – Questioning – Networking. While not every innovator has the same skills or even all of these traits developed, they tend to be strong in at least a couple. I find that I lean heavily toward Networking and Associating… where do you fall?
